Celebrating 20 Years of Lisa at Croft
25th June 2026
At Croft, our story is built on the people behind the brand and we’re proud to celebrate Lisa from our sales team, as she marks 20 years with the business.
First impressions
Lisa’s journey has certainly evolved over time. Starting in an administrative role, processing orders and “working closely with the warehouse”, she built a strong foundation in understanding the detail and craftsmanship behind our products.
Over time, Lisa progressed into sales, developing the expertise and relationships that are central to working at Croft today.
When asked how would you describe Croft culture?
She expressed that over the past two decades, “Croft has grown significantly” into the thriving business we are today.
Along the way, we’ve expanded our product portfolio, embraced new technologies, and evolved from traditional beginnings into a brand known for both heritage and contemporary design. As Lisa puts it, “it’s completely transformed.”
Whilst a lot has changed, the core of Croft has remained the same. “A family-orientated business and a supportive environment. They treat me like family and there’s flexibility within the role.”
Reflecting on memorable projects
Lisa’s experienced a fair share of customer highlights along her journey, from helping establish long standing accounts to contributing to major projects like Four Seasons Yachts, her work reflects the significance of collaboration and trust.
When asked about her customers Lisa highlighted the importance of “building relationships” and ultimately “learning from each other.”
As a key member of the sales team, Lisa prides herself on being a problem solver. “If someone comes to me with a technical question I like to go back and try to find out why.” It is this spirit that has allowed her to build long standing relationships with her customers and flourish within the team.
What makes a successful career at Croft
Her advice to others starting out is simple but powerful: listen, learn, and follow the philosophy of “treating others how you would like to be treated.”
After 20 years, Lisa’s pride in her role is clear. From professional achievements to personal growth, her journey reflects the opportunities that come with being part of Croft. “Being here has built my confidence,” she confirms.
As we celebrate this milestone, Lisa summed up her 20-year journey at Croft in a few simple words.
“Eventful. Joyful. Character-building. Friendship.”
This is emblematic not only of Lisa’s experience but the spirit of Croft itself. Built on five generations of family, strong relationships and the people who are at the heart of the business shaping it into what it is today.
