Finishes & Patinas

Choose from over 25 Luxury Finishes & Patinas

The right finish brings balance, depth, and cohesion to an interior.

Each of our finishes are carefully considered for their visual character, tactile quality, and lasting performance. With over 25 options available, our complete portfolio is designed to complement a wide range of styles and environments.

From warm, living tones to cooler plated surfaces, from softly brushed textures to richly distressed patinas, every finish is developed in-house with many still applied by hand, reflecting the skill and attention of our artisans.

Living Finishes

Living finishes will evolve over time.

Before they leave our factory, living finishes are coated with a protective wax coating which will naturally wear, allowing the finish beneath to change. With continued use, the touch points on the hardware reveal the brass underneath, telling the story of how the hardware is used through these unique variations.

Lacquered Finishes

A protective coating is added to our Lacquered finishes to enhance their longevity and durability.

With the correct care, lacquered finishes can maintain the original appearance of the finish for a long time after installation. Heavy usage and atmospheric conditions can quicken the ageing process of these finishes, so we recommend they are used internally.

Plated Finishes

Plated finishes will not significantly change with time and usage.

Polished plated finishes, such as Polished Chrome and Polished Nickel, are particularly durable and tend to perform well in coastal areas, and other areas affected by atmospheric conditions, as long as they are cleaned regularly and correctly.

Cast Bronze Finishes

We offer two cast bronze finishes, Tudor Bronze and RBMA, that are available on select products. You can view our Cast Bronze collection here.

Crafted using a traditional sand-casting technique, molten bronze is poured into compacted sand moulds, resulting in a finish rich in texture and individuality. Natural variations and gentle surface irregularities are an inherent part of this process, giving each piece its own distinct character and timeless appeal.
